hi, i’m lia, founder of jadehaus. as a first-generation latina, i’ve always known I wanted to build something of my own, something rooted in purpose, culture, community, and creative expression. jadehaus began as a response to something I saw again and again in real life: visionary founders and artists with powerful ideas, but not enough clarity, structure, or bandwidth to bring them to life in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.
